I am Jack, a full-stack software developer who works with Node.js (TypeScript), Angular and PostgreSQL on a daily basis. I work with a small team building software for global logistics.

Welcome to my blog, where you can catch me rambling about development, my homelab, photography and maybe a combination of all three!

More recently, I’ve taken an interest in Amateur Radio. I passed the exam for my Foundation Licence on 07/07/2026! I’ve got an interest in LoRa (Long Range) devices, in the form of MeshCore. You might catch me around using the callsign M7UJC. I’ve been building out my own MeshCore to MQTT bridge so I can do all sorts of fun things with the data received from these devices.
